How long does onboarding take?+
Typically one week from your first call to full implementation. We move quickly but thoroughly – we want to understand your brand before we start making changes.
What if I want to cancel?+
We don't do long lock-in contracts. If it's not working, we'll have an honest conversation about it. We'd rather part ways amicably than force something that isn't right. 7 days written notice must be given.
Do I need a minimum subscriber count?+
